    Partner FAQ

Questions we get from new partners.

Who can become a Scandor distributor?

Established showrooms, joineries, interior specialists and cabinetry brands with the trade relationships and installation know-how to represent premium tambour doors in their region.

Which countries is the partner programme open in?

We are actively expanding across Europe — the Nordics, Baltics, DACH, Benelux, UK and Ireland, France, Iberia and Central Europe. Applications from any European market are welcome.

What are typical lead times for distributor orders?

Standard Signature and Grooved profiles ship in around 2–3 weeks from our European workshop. Custom sizes and species take a little longer and are quoted per project.

    Are there minimum order quantities?

No. Distributors can order anything from a single door for a showroom install to full production runs — the same terms apply.

What marketing and sales support do you provide?

Every partner receives physical sample sets, finish swatches, product imagery, technical drawings and co-branded assets. Our team also supports specification calls with your architects and designers.
